Running a contest.

Short term, e.g. a week or weekend, contests can be run using taskPilot with little effort.

The existing task, flight and classes schema is used, with some additional filtering of the displays.

Steps to run a contest:

1. 1. Nominate a Contest Director
2. 2. Set up the Contest name and date span
3. 3. Create new or existing tasks, and associate these with the contest

That’s it!

Pilots post flights against tasks associated with the contest, and if these fall within the date range of the contest, they will be scored as part of the contest.
